David Helmreich

David moved to Savannah in 1976 from Atlanta where he had worked as a CPA for Ernst and Ernst. He went to work for the Union Camp Corporation as a financial analyst, and after two years, he transferred to the Branigar Organization (developer of The Landings) as a project manager in their Savannah corporate office. A short time later, he became the Assistant Project Director at The Landings.

In 1982, David started selling real estate at The Landings and has enjoyed many years of seeing The Landings grow into the special community it is today. It has been very rewarding to him to help people find just the right home or the best lot on which to build their dream home.

David has been married to his lovely wife Beckie for 26 years and has two great sons. They have been livings at The Landings since 1983 and the family's favorite activity is snow skiing. He is a member of Savannah Christian Church.

- David has been a member of the Million Dollar Club and has received the Distinguished Service Award for many years from the Savannah Board of Realtors
