Charlie resides in The Landings with his wife Julia, who is also a Landings Company REALTOR. Charlie has an extensive sales and marketing background in advertising television sales. He has always been in the top sales performance ranks and just completed 20+ years with NBC Television.

He holds a BS in Marketing from Farleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. He served in the US Marine Corps and is an active member of St. John the Baptist Church in Savannah. Charlie is also a volunteer with the Southside Fire Department on Skidaway Island.
