The Landings Company:
The Company was established in 1998 to provide the best possible real estate services to buyers and sellers at The Landings. The Company markets new homes, resale homes and building lots. It also provides property management for homes available for lease. The single shareholder of the Company is the Landings Association which includes all the property owners in the community. A Board of Directors, made up of Landings residents, provides oversight and direction for the Company.  The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company is Jim Robinson who is responsible for operations and for the marketing of The Landings nationally and locally.

The Landings Association: The Landings Association (TLA) is a not-for-profit corporation formed to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of The Landings on Skidaway Island. Their mission is to maintain common property, provide services, and administer covenants in a publicly responsible and efficient manner. All common property and streets, the Administration and Public Works buildings, two marinas, athletic fields, playground, the Dog Park, seven gates, all common area bridges, and all 151 lagoons are maintained by The Landings Association. Every property owner is a member of the Association.

 The Landings Club: The Club runs such Landings amenities as golf, tennis, clubhouses, and the fitness center. The mission of the Club is to provide family centered social and recreational opportunities and facilities for members of The Landings Club and their guests.
